Our extended family below include our sister Jenny and hubby Paddy. Niece Alice, hubby Siman and their two girls Darci and Fern whom we dont see often enough but still adore. Nephew Ben is around but we do not have a recent picture of him yet. Breeding and showing Deerhounds is a passion both share, and get a great deal of pleasure from watching dogs, bred at Kilbourne, win and take their owners forward. We are proud of the fact we have mentored some now very successfull kennels as well as enhansing others. Beardswood, Ardkinglas, Dufault, Greyflax Gentom, Hyndsight, Ghiltan, Pendrethan to name a few, all have successfully dipped into our genes. As well as the dogs Glenis has chickens. The two cats who lived at Kilbourne were very fit as you can imagine but the Siamese and Emmi Mike's litle mini dash were always the best of friends. Sadly both are not with us Not being streetwise Dove exposed herself to the pack and although they did not touch her she never recovered from the shock of the chase. ANYONE WANTING TO VISIT US AND THE HOUNDS ARE MADE VERY WELCOME. |
