KILBOURNE HENDRA

Sire: NEROCHE HENNESSY AT DEERANWITH

Dam: CANISHURN ZENA

Date of birth: 21.2.2009

Hendra has settled better than I could possibly imagine. she is almost house trained runs outside whenever she needs the toilet. just night times to work on but she is unbelievably brilliant. lead training very very good. she has already been on a short walk each day since wednesday on the lead and is excellent with help from our patterdale and some chicken in the pocket.
I cannot say how pleased we all are with her. she has found her own routine within the house which is playing and sleeping. she is so affectionate to all visitors and loves it when the kids come back from school. she eats well loves chicken and tuna and boiled eggs. She seems to be growing well. her movement is excellent and I am coming to terms with the deerhound personality, which is quite different to the dogs I grew up with!!! She loves wellies alot, she stops dead in her tracks if there is anything she is not sure about and then comes straight over to me for reassurance, very cute. Not scared just coming to terms with new sounds and smells etc. takes everything in her stride with ease.

She is a total cleptomanic will collect anything and put it in her bed. not chew it she just seems to want to have it in one of her beds with her. She is very clever, probably a bit cleverer than me!!!

Jeremy Latimer

Jeramy Latimer has a long history of Deerhounds as his mother helped Miss Linton with her stud work. We were very pleased to see her win a 3rd in Puppy bitch at her first show, sister to Hector and Hamlet.
