Kilbourne prefix first appeared in 1979 and was initially Glenis with Mick as the backroom boy, they joined forces in 1996 when Mick took over the showing of the dogs, making his first Deerhound up Ch Kilbourne Darlking. This proved to be a very successful partnership and has gone from strength to strength. 19 UK champions and numberous overseas champions has put the Kilbourne Deerhounds on the map.
